Workshop of the Machining / Cutting Department
Our Machining / Cutting Department recently participated in an inspiring workshop at the Ramsloh Parish Hall. Under the guidance of instructor Anja Pietsch and the motto “When everyone pulls together,” we experienced a day full of exciting interactions – both indoors and outdoors.
Here were the key focuses of the workshop:
- Experiencing the day together with fun and ease
- Getting to know each other anew through small group tasks and interaction activities, seeing ourselves from different perspectives
- Reflecting on our collaboration, communication, and how we treat each other with appreciation
- Taking a conscious look at the strengths and potentials within the team to improve our collective work
- Recognizing different perceptions and needs to strengthen collaboration within the department and the company
- Connecting with all colleagues through exchanges in rotating small groups and learning from one another
Of course, there was also delicious food: a shared lunch, along with fruit and cake, provided the necessary energy.
We used this day to grow even closer together as a team – with a lot of joy and openness!
