Time is flying by
Last week, Stefan and Silke Plaggenborg honoured our Jubilarians and thanked them for their loyalty and commitment. “Anniversaries of 30 or 40 years of belonging to the company aren’t uncommon at KURRE,” explains Silke Plaggenborg, “some employees like Lukas already did their apprenticeship at our company.”
At KURRE, it is important, that all employees feel comfortable and can work according to their skills. Many colleagues for example, who started their apprenticeship at Kurre many years ago, are now working in leading positions or have been trained for specialised fields of work. “We are open to new ideas from our employees and are happy to support company-relevant approaches,” adds Stefan Plaggenborg.
In addition to well-filled gift hampers and certificates, all jubilarians were invited to a festive dinner, where they could reminisce and take a look into the future.
This week, Stefan Plaggenborg also made his way to our colleague Roland at our location in Neustadt / Wied to express his congratulations on his 35th anniversary.
