Your responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for our international customers. Through your support, you ensure constant communication and build long-term, trusting relationships. Your proactive communication and commitment significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • In your role, you advise our customers and create demanding technical offers. These not only include the appropriate technical solution but also consider important factors such as costs, scope of services, as well as logistical and contractual aspects.
  • The requirements of our customers are often very individual. You enjoy working in a team to develop tailored solutions that meet these needs.
  • As a Sales Engineer at KURRE, you take on the role of a liaison between customers, development, design, and project management. You ensure that all processes are coordinated and that communication functions smoothly.
  • You actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes and promote the further development of our entire group. Through your network in the industry and your sensitivity to new developments and trends, you ensure that we remain successful in the future.

 

What you ideally bring with you:

  • You should have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, along with experience with technically demanding products.
  • Your character is characterized by teamwork, openness, flexibility, assertiveness, and a proactive, goal-oriented working style.
  • Due to your international customers, conversational English skills are necessary.
  • Customer proximity is essential. Therefore, you maintain regular personal contact and ensure that all requests are processed quickly and efficiently.
  • Trade fair appearances and customer visits are essential for you to stay close to the customer and the market.
  • You are open to other cultures and enjoy interacting with people. You appreciate the diversity and different perspectives that international customers bring. Your enthusiasm for intercultural exchange and your communication skills help you build and maintain trusting relationships.
  • You are proficient in MS Office products and have knowledge of ERP applications (e.g., MS Navision).
  • Ideally, you have experience in the sales of special machines or machines for the cable industry.
