Without our employees, nothing works – from the cleaning staff to the engineer: every colleague ensures that the “KURRE clockwork” runs smoothly every day.
Therefore, it is our duty to ensure that our employees feel healthy and comfortable. Over the past few years, KURRE has voluntarily developed a comprehensive Occupational Health Management system, continuously expanding and adapting various measures to improve the health and well-being of our employees.
At the recent health day, two new measures were introduced that will soon be available to employees free of charge:
Physiotherapy:
Appointments are reserved for our employees at a nearby practice to address acute complaints early on.
Psychological Counseling:
It is often difficult to get appointments for professional help in this area. In cooperation with a professional psychologist, our employees have immediate access to appointments to discuss both professional and personal challenges with a neutral person – all strictly confidential and completely anonymous.
Examples of other successfully implemented measures include ergonomically adjusted workplaces, subsidies for healthy lunches, a company reintegration management program, leadership training, measures to balance family and work, continuous optimization of work processes and workplaces, as well as their environment, and much more.
