Onboarding 2024
Last Friday, our newest employees had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the various departments of the Kurre Group during an exciting company tour. In the morning, Stefan Plaggenborg warmly welcomed the group. Following that, Joshua Menke led the group through the company grounds and different departments. The tour took them from the materials in the warehouse through the various manufacturing processes, all the way to the finished machine. In the assembly department, Dennis Veit joined the group and provided fascinating insights into the machinery.
After the tour, a light breakfast was served, during which Silke Plaggenborg gave a presentation about the company’s history and visions. Afterward, everyone returned to their respective departments.
Why is onboarding so important?
For us, effective onboarding is essential to optimally integrate new employees right from the start. It helps new colleagues get familiar with the company faster and fosters mutual understanding. Questions can be addressed, and current topics can be discussed. This way, we create a foundation for successful collaboration and a strong sense of team spirit.
