Depending on the application, these dobby winders can wind the product onto spools up to Ø 500mm or onto a reel. For thicker products in particular, the reel offers the advantage of a collapsing core that allows the product to be tied off after the winding process and removed without difficulty. As a further option, you can choose between manual and powered installation. The standard version includes a manual installation that can be moved by hand using two roller guides. The laying system can also be equipped with a drive for winding thinner products with longer lengths. This makes it possible to specify defined lengths which are automatically switched off when this length is reached.
