Looking beyond the horizon
Sometimes, it’s worth changing perspectives to break free from everyday thinking. That’s exactly why we decided to hold this year’s KURRE leadership meeting offsite – more precisely, at Vogelsang in Essen near Oldenburg.
The innovative technology manufacturer in the fields of wastewater, agricultural technology, biogas, industry, and transportation technology gave us a warm welcome. During an exciting tour, we gained valuable insights into work processes, organization, hardware, and software. These fresh impulses inspired us, while also confirming that we’re already on the right track in many areas.
Afterward, we exchanged ideas in our internal meeting to further optimize our processes – benefiting both our customers and employees.
