Future Day 2025
On Future Day on April 3rd, we had the pleasure of welcoming around 30 children and teenagers to our company and giving them an insight into various professions. At the beginning, the students were greeted by Silke Plaggenborg before they received a tour of the company.
Afterwards, they visited different stations in small groups and learned about different professions. The KURRE team came up with exciting and varied tasks for the day. Among other things, the children assembled extension cords and bottle openers under supervision, demonstrated their knowledge in a quiz in the IT department, and checked some parts in quality control.
At noon, everyone strengthened themselves with hot dogs and cold drinks before receiving a more detailed insight into the company’s history and hierarchy through a presentaion by our HR manager Volker Autmann.
Finally, the children played foosball against each other and ended the day with conversations about their experiences. After a group photo, we bid farewell to all the students, who went home with many new impressions and a KURRE farewell gift.
We are happy about the many participants and are already looking forward to next year’s Future Day!
