Tasks and responsibilities:
- Analysis and evaluation: Investigation of sustainability aspects in mechanical engineering, e.g. resource efficiency, energy consumption and emission reduction.
- Development of solutions: Development of environmentally friendly concepts and technologies for machines and systems.
- Implementation and testing: Practical realization of the developed solutions and their evaluation.
- Documentation and presentation: Writing a Bachelor’s thesis and presenting the results.
Requirements:
- Degree: Enrolled Bachelor’s student in mechanical engineering or a related degree program.
- Interest in sustainability: Enthusiasm for environmentally friendly technologies and sustainability concepts.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and environmental protection is an advantage.
- Independence and ability to work in a team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
