Virtual acceptance – efficient and sustainable!
Right there and yet miles away: we recently carried out another virtual commissioning for one of our customers from the USA. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, our customer was connected directly to our two commissioning engineers and his contact person in Sales via video meeting. In order to not miss a single detail, we used several cameras for virtual acceptance tests.
During the meeting, for example, coils were changed and the winding process demonstrated on the four combined winders and unwinders.
Thanks to this innovative method, we can also carry out acceptance tests for customers abroad without them having to travel long distances. This allows us to clarify everything with the customer “just in time” and both sides save valuable time.
This acceptance was carried out in three appointments to ensure that we were able to show all the machine features in detail and rework them if required. An efficient solution that is not only sustainable, but also saves time!
