Your responsibilities:

  • Project leadership: Independently manage and coordinate projects, ensuring successful execution and implementation within established timelines, budget constraints, and high-quality standards.
  • Client communication: Serve as the primary contact for our clients, facilitating communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Ensure clear communication between clients and our technical departments.
  • Technical specifications: Clarify the technical requirements of contracts and oversee documentation related to technical specifications.
  • Status reporting: Regularly report project status to department leadership and executive management, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Supplier coordination: Oversee the development of requirements specifications for external scopes and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Budget management: Prepare supplementary offers and manage additional work scopes to maintain effective budget control.
  • Process improvement: Actively contribute to the optimization and implementation of internal processes to foster continuous improvement within the organization.

 

What you ideally bring with you:

  • A completed degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification.
  • Alternatively, a technician qualification with relevant professional experience in project management, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS-Office.
  • A structured and self-directed working style.
