Teamwork makes the dream work
Some people think that learning ends when their apprenticeship is completed. Not at KURRE, where we actively promote the continued education of our employees. At KURRE, we believe in shaping a better future by training tomorrow’s leaders today.
Jan, Ewald, and Jens are great examples of this. All three successfully completed their apprenticeship as precision mechanics with us. Afterward, they gained experience in different departments and are now working together on their technician project at KURRE – the results of which will, of course, be integrated into future projects. By summer, they will take their exam to become certified technicians and present their project.
KURRE supports them by covering travel expenses, providing flexible working hours, and offering the knowledge of our qualified colleagues, who are always ready to assist the aspiring technicians. In their interview, all three agreed that continuing education is always worthwhile and that becoming a technician opens up numerous opportunities.
We are pleased that Jan, Ewald, and Jens will remain with us even after completing their technician training, and we wish them every success.
